Palestine Tomorrow for Social Development Association organized “Together, for her” initiative within the 16 days campaign for combating violence against women at the historic Saqqa house in eastern Gaza City.

The initiative was launched by activist Rafa Abu Ras who welcomed the attendees that responded to the invitation of Palestine Tomorrow for Social Development Association, commending the pioneering role of Palestinian women as protectors of national projects and educators of generations, besides having a special symbolism as men’s partners in struggle and strife.

Abu Ras spoke about the 16 Days for combating Violence against Women campaign, which had the slogan “Together, for her”, which in its general framework called for local and global actions to eliminate violence against women and girls as well as raising the awareness regarding this issue.
